About the Role:

Join INTEGRITY INFRASTRUCTURE as an Aerial Supervisor, where you will lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality aerial services. This role is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about infrastructure development.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of laborers and other personnel in the aerial operations.
Ensure that all aerial operations are carried out safely and in compliance with the company's safety standards and regulations.
Plan and coordinate aerial activities to meet production targets and ensure that applicable equipment is maintained and serviced properly.
Ensure that all records are properly maintained and reported accurately.
Monitor the aerial operations and identify potential problems or issues and implement solutions to ensure that aerial activities are not interrupted.
Train and mentor new personnel and ensure that all personnel are trained in safety procedures.
Ensure that equipment and materials are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
Carry out regular inspections of applicable equipment to identify and correct any defects or issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Proven experience in aerial operations or related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in aerial work.
FAA certification and relevant licenses for aerial operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
